OUR MISSION:
Hartland Deerfield Fire Authority provides the highest level of prompt and professional emergency response and educational services to our community in a safe, accountable, prepared, compassionate, and fiscally responsible manner.
OUR CORE VALUES:
-SAFETY- We ensure the safety of our residents, community and ourselves through constant improvement in our technology, skills, and personal development.
-ACCOUNTABILITY- We are accountable to our residents via the Fire Authority Board in our daily activities. We take responsibility for every aspect of our operation and will constantly seek to improve.
-PREPARATION/READINESS- We face the challenges presented to us by keeping our equipment, knowledge, and practices ready to respond at all times. We keep ourselves physically and mentally prepared for the challenges of modern day emergencies for our resident and visitor needs.
-COMPASSION- We recognize that we are often called upon in very stressful and upsetting situations and provide our services with the utmost care, respect and professionalism. We willingly go “Above and beyond” the call of duty to not only remedy these situations, but to provide the extra assistance to our residents and visitors to improve the outcome of their situation.
